Clear Hat Consulting Moves Into New Downtown Office Space
Clear Hat Consulting has completed the move into their new downtown offices on the third floor of the First Federal building. Situated at the corner of Pine Street and Court Avenue, this historic structure is located in the Downtown Orlando Historic District. It was built as an investment for Mrs. William Smith in 1923 and was originally called the Smith Building. Tenants over the years have included First Federal Savings & Loan (for which it is currently named). At present the ground floor is home to Napasorn Thai Restaurant with offices above.
Clear Hat Consulting occupies the top floor.
The move to our new office provided some very welcome relief as we now have much more space for our equipment and personnel - as well as for continued expansion. In addition, the location in the heart of downtown Orlando provides many opportunities for the urban experience - restaurants, parks, culture, and clubs are all within easy walking distance.
